Since my 24 week training program of strength and cardio, I have reduced my weight starting from 191 lbs. to 174 lbs. with only four more to meet my goal. I look forward to the weekly session with Farzin and his motivational, energizing, encouraging approach to training especially for someone at my age.

Farzin is a perfect trainer for me with his knowledge of how muscles react, nutritional information and what equipment at Snap is most beneficial to me, constantly changing and improving my program to fit my body changes At his strong suggestion, I work out 6 days a week and have cut out all sugar and processed food and have seen noticeable results.
