On March 15th 2014 I weighed in at 250-lbs. I was lethargic, complacent and my diet was very poor. I started working out on my own, doing mostly cardio and was able to shed around 30-lbs. Then I plateaued. I was no longer seeing any changes in my physique. I decided to start working with Farzin in September of that year and I am very glad that I did. Since starting Farzin, I have brought my weight down to 205-lbs and have increased muscle mass, endurance and athletic ability. Farzin has not only provided me with progressively more challenging workout programs, he has also helped me to understand the principles behind the workouts which will allow me to continue the workouts on my own. Never once, in my experience with Farzin, did I feel any pressure to do anything I didn't feel capable of or comfortable with.
Not only that, but he has instilled in me a new sense of confidence and motivation.
